Using Chasen

You may browse Chasen without signing in. Apple Sign In is required for posting notes, rating places, saving places, liking notes, adding friends, reporting content, and changing profile settings.

Your content

When you submit ratings, captions, photos, place details, reports, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and grant Chasen permission to display, moderate, distribute, and use that content inside Chasen and related product surfaces.

Community standards

You agree not to post harassment, hate, threats, spam, illegal content, explicit content, fake reviews, private personal information, or photos you do not have permission to upload.

Chasen may remove, hide, restore, or limit content and accounts to keep the app useful, accurate, safe, and respectful.

Places and ratings

Chasen relies on user notes, editor signal, Apple Maps-backed place information, and admin cleanup. Place details, ratings, price signals, and rankings may change over time and may not always be complete or current.

Sponsored or promotional content

Sponsored or promotional content is allowed only when clearly labeled and approved by Chasen. Undisclosed paid or promotional posts are not allowed.

Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app. Account deletion removes your synced profile and attempts to remove associated profile and note photos from Chasen storage.
